Brew Guide

• Traditional Matcha: Sift ½–1 teaspoon into a bowl. Add 2 oz of water at 175°F. Whisk in a W motion until frothy. Enjoy as-is or add more hot water to taste.
• Matcha Latte: Whisk matcha with 2 oz of hot water, then top with steamed milk or oat milk. Sweeten with honey or vanilla syrup.
• Iced Matcha Latte: Whisk matcha with 2 oz of hot water, pour over ice, and top with cold milk — refreshing and energizing.
• Pro Tip: Always use water below boiling (175°F) to preserve the delicate flavor and avoid bitterness. A bamboo whisk (chasen) gives the best froth.
